Acceptable Use Policy

1. Overview
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets forth the rules and guidelines for using StyleMyPhoto.cc ("the Service"). By using the Service, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violation of this policy may result in account suspension or termination without refund.
2. Content Restrictions
You may not use the Service to upload, generate, transmit, or share content that: • Contains nudity, sexually explicit material, pornography, or any Not Safe For Work (NSFW) content. • Depicts or promotes sexual acts, sexual violence, or sexual exploitation of any kind. • Contains sexually suggestive imagery, including but not limited to suggestive poses, gestures, or attire intended to be sexually provocative. • Depicts minors in any inappropriate or sexualized context (zero tolerance — immediate ban and reporting to authorities). • Promotes hate speech, harassment, bullying, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any other protected characteristic. • Depicts or promotes violence, self-harm, or suicide. • Contains illegal content or promotes illegal activities. • Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
3. Prompt Restrictions
You may not submit prompts (text descriptions) that: • Request or encourage the generation of NSFW, sexually explicit, or adult content. • Attempt to bypass content moderation by using coded language, Unicode tricks, or any other circumvention techniques. • Describe or request the depiction of sexual acts, nudity, or sexually suggestive scenarios. • Solicit content that violates the content restrictions listed in Section 2. All prompts are automatically screened through Creem's Moderation API before any image generation occurs. Any prompt that is flagged or denied by our moderation system will be blocked.
4. Content Moderation
We use automated content moderation systems to screen all user prompts before image generation. Specifically: • Every prompt submitted to our image generation endpoints is evaluated by Creem's Moderation API before reaching the AI model. • Prompts that receive a "deny" or "flag" decision are blocked and will not proceed to generation. • We never bypass moderation for any reason — if the moderation service is unavailable, generation is temporarily disabled (fail-closed principle). • This moderation is for your protection as well as ours — it helps maintain a safe and compliant platform for all users.
5. Consequences of Violation
Violations of this AUP will result in: • First violation: Warning and removal of offending content, if applicable. • Repeated violations: Permanent account suspension without refund of remaining credits. • Severe violations (child sexual abuse material, illegal content): Immediate account termination, permanent ban, and reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities. We reserve the right to take action at our sole discretion based on the severity and frequency of violations.
6. Reporting Violations

7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
