By accessing or using StyleMyPhoto.cc ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
StyleMyPhoto.cc is an AI-powered image style transfer platform. Users upload photos and select artistic styles, and the Service generates stylized versions of the uploaded images using artificial intelligence.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
4. Credits and Payments
The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits can be purchased through our payment processor (Creem) or obtained through free promotions. All purchases are one-time payments and are non-subscription. Credits do not expire. Refunds are only available for duplicate charges or successful payments where credits were not delivered. 5. User Content
By uploading images to the Service, you represent and warrant that: • You own the image or have the necessary rights and permissions to use it. • The image does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights. • The image does not contain illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content. • The image does not contain Not Safe For Work (NSFW) content, including but not limited to nudity, sexually explicit material, pornography, or any form of adult content. • The prompt text you submit does not request or encourage the generation of NSFW, sexually explicit, or adult content. We reserve the right to refuse service for any image or prompt that violates these terms. All user prompts are screened through an automated content moderation system before generation. Users who repeatedly violate this policy may have their accounts suspended or terminated without refund.
6. AI-Generated Content
You acknowledge that AI-generated images are inherently variable and that results may differ from your expectations. The Service does not guarantee specific outcomes or quality levels for AI-generated images. Generated images are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
7. Intellectual Property
The StyleMyPhoto.cc website, branding, and underlying technology are owned by us. You retain ownership of the images you upload. For AI-generated images, you are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute the generated images for both personal and commercial purposes.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: • Use the Service for any illegal purpose. • Upload images containing illegal, harmful, or explicit content. • Upload or generate any Not Safe For Work (NSFW) content, including but not limited to nudity, sexually explicit material, pornography, adult content, or any content of a sexual nature. • Submit prompts designed to generate NSFW, sexually suggestive, or adult-oriented images. • Attempt to bypass or circumvent our content moderation systems. • Attempt to disrupt or overload the Service. • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service. • Use automated means to access or interact with the Service without permission. • Resell or redistribute the Service itself. Violation of these prohibitions, particularly those related to NSFW content, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, StyleMyPhoto.cc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting a notice on the website or sending an email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operator is based, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
